Our cancellation fees are based on the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH).
Up to 3 months before the day of arrival at the latest: free cancellation possible
3 to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total package price
No-show or early departure: 100% of the total package price
Please note that if you cancel, we will charge a processing fee of €35.00!
