You will receive an email “arrival information” 3-4 days before arrival with all the important details about the accommodation!

The exact details, including the location of the key box and/or access codes, will be sent to you via “Arrival Information” email no later than 3 days before arrival.

Usually from 4 p.m. You can find the exact time in the “arrival information” email.

We have to ask you to leave the accommodation by 10 a.m.

Our guests’ favorite question 🙂 YES – there is one in every apartment. Information such as pads or fully automatic machines can be found in the description of the individual apartments and, at the latest, in detail in the “arrival information” email.

We would like to offer this as a service – but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it at the moment!

Yes of course, you don’t have to worry about anything. You can find further information about waste separation in the “Arrival information” email.

You can find a lot of information about the area on our homepage by entering the respective accommodation on the map under “Interesting Places”.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you one at the moment. The local bakeries and shops look forward to seeing you.

According to the registration law, we have to report all guests to the municipality. Registration is also a prerequisite for creating the guest card, which offers you many discounts.

You will find the link in the booking confirmation! You will need your booking number and last name. Online check-in is also a prerequisite for issuing guest cards!

Yes, all holiday regions have a guest card. This is also included in the payment of the local tax. You can find details about the services on the holiday region websites. We will also send you further tips in our “arrival information”.
