We have compiled all the important information for you here so that you can relax and look forward to your stay. We know how important it is to know all the details in advance so that nothing spoils your anticipation.

You can look forward to an e-mail with all the important information about your accommodation! You will receive it 3-4 days before your arrival so that you are well prepared.

You will receive all the important details, including the location of the key box and/or access codes, in the ‘Arrival information’ email at least 3-4 days before your arrival. So you can relax and plan your journey!

As a rule, check-in is possible from 3 pm. You can find the exact time in the ‘Arrival information’ email.

If you would like to arrive earlier, just let us know – we will be happy to check whether an earlier check-in is possible and inform you accordingly!

We ask you to leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

If you would like a later check-out, just get in touch with us – we will be happy to check whether this is possible and let you know!

Yes, we have a virtual reception and are available for you around the clock!

If you have any questions or need support, we are always here for you. You can find our contact details on our website.

Our guests’ favourite question 😉: YES – there is a coffee machine in every flat!

You can find out whether it is a Nespresso machine, Senseo machine or a fully automatic machine in the ‘Arrival information’ email.’

We would like to offer this service – but we cannot guarantee it at the moment.

Yes, of course – you don’t have to worry about anything! You can find all the important information about waste separation in the ‘Arrival information’ email.

We ask you to bring these items with you. Thank you for your understanding!

On our homepage you will find lots of helpful information about the surrounding area when you enter your accommodation on the map under ‘Places of interest’.

You can also find everything you need to know about your stay in your digital guest folder!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you a breakfast service – but don’t worry:

The local bakeries and shops in the area look forward to your visit!

You don’t need to bring your own bed linen – the linen package is already included in the price and ensures an all-round comfortable stay! It includes bed linen, a large and a small towel, a shower mat and tea towels.

Please note that the laundry package is a fixed service and cannot be added or cancelled as an option. We hope that you will want for nothing and that you will feel comfortable right from the start!

According to the registration law we have to register all guests with the municipality.

Registration is also the prerequisite for your guest card – with it you can enjoy many great discounts and benefits in the region!

You will find the link to online check-in in your booking confirmation.
All you need is your booking number and your surname.

Online check-in is also a prerequisite for issuing guest cards – so it’s best to do it now and benefit from many great advantages!

Yes, all holiday regions provide a guest card – it is already included in the payment of the local tax.

Please note: In selected regions, the guest card is unfortunately only offered seasonally, i.e. either only in summer or only in winter.

Details on the respective services and availability can be found on the websites of the holiday regions. You can also find more tips and information about your guest card in our ‘Travel information’ section!

Your online check-in is a prerequisite for receiving the guest card. Once this has been completed, you will conveniently receive your digital guest card the day before your arrival – so you can benefit from all the advantages straight away!

Each flat has at least one parking space – free of charge, of course!

You can find the exact information on where your car park is located and how many are available in the ‘Arrival information’ email.

For secure and smooth payment processing, we offer you the option of bank transfer or credit card payment.

As all our processes are contactless, cash payment is unfortunately not possible – thank you for your understanding!

Yes – all our accommodation has WLAN!

You will find the access data in the ‘Arrival information’ email. Of course, the WLAN is available to you free of charge – so that you are always well connected!

A ski and bike storage room is available in almost all of our accommodation.

You can find all the important information in the ‘Arrival information’ e-mail – so your equipment is safely stowed away!

No problem – we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and/or a high chair!

Please let us know in good time so that we can prepare everything for you in good time.

Please note that there is a charge of €28 for a baby cot and €5 for a high chair.
